Agents and brokers sacrifice their family lives as there arent specified working hours for them and cant vent out pent up family pressures on clients at any point of time.7 Nothing like Quick Money in Real Estate Havent we all heard of our neighbors making big bucks in real estate very often? Every now and then we see some one selling off a home or a real estate property in a week or two of buying it for a big profit. These brokers, in addition to brokering deals, also enter into contracts with sellers for selling off their property by making a down payment which obligates them to sell at higher than the contracted price.* Moreover banks are willing to extend loans for the purchase of land and buildings at lower interest rates. Similarly, speculative investors are either forced to sell at loss or wait for unknown periods of times. Real EstateA Real Estate is a piece of land with all its natural resources and more often than not with a building constructed on it. An agent and a broker have different roles in real estate business. But the lure of getting more out of the market is not correct. The loss incurred by under pricing would have helped in paying off the agents commission. The case will be worse for smaller players with this condition. Failure to research thoroughly before investing is another problem. Agents should identify and emphasize certain selling points to convince the buyers. Yet the worried sellers get carried away and may falter in pricing it

Raleigh (pronounced /ˈrɑːli/, ral-ee) is the capital of the State of North Carolina and the county seat of Wake County. Raleigh is known as the "City of Oaks" for its many oak trees, though pine trees are the dominant species. It has a population of approximately 367,995 (2007 estimate), making it the second most populous city in North Carolina, after Charlotte. It is also the 51st-largest city in the United States. Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill make up the three cities of The Triangle. This name comes from the 1959 creation of a research park Research Triangle Park, located mostly within Durham County. The Triangle is an urban region, equivalent to the U.S. Census Bureau's Combined Statistical Area of Raleigh-Durham-Cary. The estimated Raleigh-Cary metropolitan statistical area population, as of 2006, is 994,551. The US Office of Management and Budget also defines Raleigh as a part of the Raleigh-Durham-Cary Combined Statistical Area, which has a population of 1,565,223 as of July 1, 2006. While almost all of the city limits is located in Wake County, a few small portions of Raleigh are actually in Durham County as a result of annexation .
